Shipping Policy

Our Shipping and Processing time is 7 - 14 Business days not including Holidays or Weekends. 

• Custom Orders normally takes 10 - 15 Business Days depending on your request. Please allow additional time for custom orders verses ready to ship orders. 

• Bee Race and Raffle Winners - Please note it takes 15 - 20 Business Days for Prizes to be shipped. Thank you for your patience. 

Your package will be shipped via the USPS and UPS or Global Post. All shipping services come with a tracking number. Once your package is shipped you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number. 

Please note that the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed since there are still at times there are delays with couriers. We are not responsible for any packages that are not delivered within the estimated window. 

We suggest setting up alerts for your package once you receive your tracking number so that you can keep up with the status of your package. 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before checking out. If your package is returned to us you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to the correct address. 

The Bingo Addict is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. If your tracking states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it please check your shipping address first. If your shipping address is correct you will need to contact the carrier directly.

Global Post normally takes 2 to 6 Weeks for delivery depending on Customs. - Canada Orders only.
